These terms govern your use of the True North Scales website and our services. By using this site, you agree to them.

Our services

True North Scales provides paid advertising management for all businesses. A detailed description of our packages is in the Packages & pricing section. The specific scope, pricing, and terms of any engagement are set out in a written client agreement signed by both parties. Not on this website.

Chat with us

Our on-site chat is an automated assistant that answers common questions and can prepare an email handoff to our team. It is not a commitment to work together, and nothing discussed in the chat creates a client relationship. We aim to reply to inquiries within one business day.

Performance terms

Our written True North Guarantee covers the management fee when the agreed lead target isn’t hit in the first 30 days, subject to the conditions agreed in your client agreement. Apart from that written guarantee, we don’t promise specific revenue, lead volume, rankings, or return on ad spend. Any past results referenced by us describe specific past situations, not promises about your business.

What we expect from clients

If we work together, you agree to provide accurate information about your business, timely feedback and approvals, and the access we need to your ad accounts and assets. You remain responsible for the accuracy of your business information and for compliance with the advertising policies of platforms such as Meta and Google.

Intellectual property

Everything on this website, including copy, design, and branding, belongs to True North Scales and may not be copied or reused without permission. Work product created for a client is governed by that client’s agreement with us.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse this site: no attempts to disrupt it, access it unlawfully, submit false information, or use it for anything illegal.

Third-party platforms

We run advertising on third-party platforms (such as Meta and Google). Your use of those platforms is governed by their own terms; we’re not responsible for their policies, outages, or decisions.

Limitation of liability

This website and its content are provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, True North Scales is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this site. For paid services, liability is limited as described in the signed client agreement.

We may update these terms from time to time. The current version will always be posted here with the date it was last updated.
